Accelerating Change Transformation Team (ACTT)

(Formally known as Toward Optimized Practice or TOP)

ACTT helps Alberta physicians and the teams with whom they work implement evidence-based practices to enhance the care of their patients. Through a variety of tools and services offered to assist physicians and healthcare professionals, ACTT works with both PCN and non-PCN physicians as well as community-based specialists to implement specific, measurable and evidence-based changes.
