Professor published in new energy law handbook

Professor Kristen van de Biezenbos has published a chapter in the new Handbook of Energy Law.

Kristen's chapter, “Regulation of Low Carbon Energy Sources in the US & Canada," provides an examination of national approaches to the regulation of low-carbon energy sources - including wind, solar, hydropower, geothermal, and biofuels - in Canada and the U.S.
