Biography
Shelly is currently working with Dr. Fiest and Dr. Stelfox on the Transitions in Care project. Current interest is in promoting Family Centered Care. In particular, ensuring that research has the Patient, family, and Caregiver perspective at the forefront. Consequently improving outcomes, and transitions in Critical Care. Whether through digital storytelling or in front of a group of healthcare professionals."Nothing for us or about us without us."
When Shelly is not working on projects, advocating, or shamelessly flogging her digital story, ( to Hell & Back. Shelly's story) she can be found indulging in her other passions, Fly Fishing or riding her Motorbike.
