Biography

While working previously in primary immunology research, Liam found a passion for public health and health systems research that brought him to Calgary to complete a Master's in Biomedical Technology at the University of Calgary. Liam is a Research Assistant with the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Calgary, working on several studies. Topics under investigation include the de-adoption of low-value practices in critical care medicine, reproducibility science and structured documentation practices for transitions of care. His broad research interests include improving and evaluating best practices in health care, as well as science and medical education.
