Background
Cherri graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Calgary and a Master’s degree in Health Science from the University of Tokyo. Her Master’s thesis focused on evaluating progress towards universal health coverage in Ghana using large national survey databases. Cherri has a passion for global public health, health services research, and epidemiology. By bridging her experience in clinical settings with her knowledge of health research, she hopes to evaluate and improve health care practices. Currently she works with Dr. Kirsten Fiest on the Family ICU Delirium Detection Study (FIDDS).
