Background
Emma Sypes obtained a BSc in Bio-Medical Science form the University of Guelph and recently completed an MSc in Health Services Research at the University of Calgary under the supervision of Drs Tom Stelfox and Dan Niven. Her thesis research explored the role of patients and the public in initiatives to reduce low-value care and investigated the effectiveness of patient-targeted de-adoption interventions.
In her current role, Emma provides operational and research support for Dr. Dan Niven's research program.
