Research Summary
I am a clinical cytogeneticist providing diagnostic service for both constitutional and cancer cases. My interest is to improve our understanding of the effect of chromosomal abnormalities and structural variations on the genome as a whole, especially considering the alteration of the 3D topological organization and the gene regulatory landscape. This could lead to better variant classification, precise diagnosis and the best care for the patient.
