Clinical Genetics Services

The Department of Medical Genetics works together with Alberta Health Services and Alberta Precision Laboratories to provide a comprehensive program consisting of Biochemical, Cytogenetic (cancer and constitutional) and Molecular Genetic Laboratories within Alberta Precision Laboratories (Alberta Health Services). These laboratories offer highly specialized testing for a significant number of genetic conditions.
