Research

Activities

Using CRISPR-Cas9 induced mutagenesis and transgenesis, I am generating genetic models of epilepsy in zebrafish and human brain organoids. These genetic disease models would further be used to carry out high-throughput anti-seizure drug screening, using behavioral, bioenergetics and electroencephalogram assays.
