The KHWI is committed to fundraising and growing the world class, leading edge kidney research in Southern Alberta and maintain Calgary as a global centre of excellence in kidney care. Through the integration of patient priorities, research, and clinical medicine, we aim to translate research knowledge providing innovative programs to improve patient care, develop new treatments for kidney disease and eventually cures.
