QSM
Cerebra-QSM generates susceptibility maps from raw DICOM images and ROI statistics. It includes a graphical user interface for processing and viewing data and a set of command line tools, which allow for batch processing data. [link]
CNS
The Calgary Normative Study (CNS) is a single centre, prospective, longitudinal study to evaluate quantitative neuro-imaging biomarkers over the adult lifespan; and provide a shared repository of normative data for comparison to various disease cohorts.
