Banff Inflammation Workshop 2027

The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to the 14th Biennial Inflammation Workshop (BIW 2027), an international conference dedicated to advances in inflammation research.

Since its inception in 1999, BIW has brought together leading scientists from around the world to share the latest developments in basic and translational research (with the exception of 2021, when the meeting was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic).

BIW 2027 will be hosted at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, nestled in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The workshop is renowned for its highly interactive format, with invited scientists presenting the new and and unpublished data. This distinctive approach has established BIW as a premier forum for advances in inflammation research and therapeutics.

Trainees are central to the BIW mission. The workshop offers numerous opportunities for students and early-career researchers to present their work through poster sessions and short talks. The informal and collegial atmosphere fosters meaningful scientific exchange and mentorship between trainees and senior investigators.
