Registration Details

• Access to all scientific sessions and conference materials.
• The Welcome Reception and Dinner (Thursday, January 21).
• Breakfast and lunch from Friday, January 22, through breakfast on Sunday, January 24.
• Poster Sessions on Friday, January 22, and Saturday, January 23.
• The Banquet Dinner & Awards Presentations (Saturday, January 23).

Note: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Please note: The Friday, January 22nd dinner is not included in the registration fee. We are encouraging delegates to take the opportunity to organize smaller networking dinners with colleagues and speakers, or explore the dining options in the town of Banff.

This policy applies to the conference fee only.

• On or before November 15, 2026: Full refund minus a $100 CAD administrative fee
• November 16 – December 23, 2026: 50% refund
• After December 23, 2026: No refund

All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

This policy is managed by the Banff Centre and applies to your room booking.
