Friday Dinner Arrangements

Dinner on Friday, January 22, is not included in the registration fee. Delegates are encouraged to explore Banff’s many local dining establishments with colleagues or family. If you prefer to stay on campus, please make a reservation at the Maclab Bistro or Vistas Dining Room by Friday, December 18.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellation and refund requests must be directed to the Banff Centre: reservations@banffcentre.ca or 1-800-884-7574.

Conference Registration Fee

  • On or before November 15, 2026: Full refund minus a $100 CAD administrative fee.
  • November 16 – December 23, 2026: 50% refund.
  • After December 23, 2026: No refund.
  • Note: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Banff Centre Hotel Accommodations

  • 72 hours or more before arrival: Full refund of room rate and taxes.
  • Within 72 hours of arrival: One night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees will be charged.
