RAW-264 (macrophages):
" Resuspend ~ 5-10x106 cells in 0.5 ml RPMI/HEPES media *
" Add 1-10 ug DNA and mix well
" Transfer cells to electroporation cuvette
" Electroporate @ 960uF and 0.35 kV
" Transfer cells to 35 - 100 mm dish and add 2-10 mls RPMI/HEPES media
" Incubate cells for 1.5-2 hours
" Change to complete media
" Allow cells to grow 2-3 days

* RPMI/HEPES media: RPMI1640 with 10% FCS and 20 mM Hepes, pH 7.1
