A combination of time spent in the ACH Radiology Department and POCUS training

4 week rotation

Pediatric Emergency Medicine
13 blocks required over the course of two years. Ensure to review the attached supervision and graded responsibility guidelines.

Pediatric ICU
Required for approval for Transport team participation

Plastic Surgery
Minimum 2 weeks required.

Toxicology
Minimum 2 weeks
Option of site, including local PADIS centre or NY Poison Centre

Administration/QI/Safety
2-year longitudinal curriculum. 2 weeks of protected time in second year provided to complete this rotation, though many of the activities will run throughout the 2-year curriculum.

EMS (Prehospital and Disaster Medicine)
This 2 week rotation's activities are scheduled longitudinally over the course of training.

Research
2-year longitudinal curriculum including a research methods course, regular meetings with the PEM academic group, and 8 weeks of time dedicated to the completion of a scholarly project.

Educational Curriculum
Residents have many opportunities to teach in bedside, small group, large group, and sim based educational settings during their program.
