- Serve as the trauma team leader in our trauma centre for children aged 0-14 years.

- Work with 67 attending physicians, where 66% are pediatric-trained and 34% are EM-trained physicians, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Educationally Focused Shifts:
- Fellows are paired 1:1 with attendings for personalized learning during shifts.

- Academic Excellence:
- Take part in full-day academic sessions every Thursday, with dedicated PEM small group teaching.
- Engage in academics alongside the adult EM training program, benefiting from a rich blended learning environment that includes exposure to vulnerable populations, cadaver labs, pig labs, and specialized airway courses.

- Participate in monthly multidisciplinary simulations in our state-of-the-art simulation center.
