Anna Consoli, OFD's new Faculty Development Coordinator - Programs

Anna is a dynamic coordinator and facilitator with a strong background in education, psychology, health research, and coaching. With over a decade of experience at the University of Calgary, she has enhanced work environments, built systems, and implemented strategies to support long-term goals. An ICF-certified leadership coach with a master’s from the University of Calgary, Anna excels in fostering clarity and alignment among teams. She is dedicated to empowering professionals to create meaningful change, both at work and in life, through her commitment to driving growth and engagement.

Dr. Vince Grant, OFD's new Director for Coaching and Mentorship

OFD is thrilled to announce the launch of a new mentorship and coaching portfolio, led by our new Director for Coaching and Mentorship, Dr. Vince Grant. Dr. Grant’s career has been shaped by exceptional coaches and mentors, and he is passionate about fostering curiosity, discovery, feedback, growth, connection, and collaboration. He is dedicated to creating a program that equips faculty with invaluable interpersonal skills, igniting the development of future coaching and mentorship opportunities across the Cumming School of Medicine.

Luigi Riscaldino, OFD's Faculty Development Technical Specialist

OFD is also delighted to welcome Luigi Riscaldino back to the team as our Faculty Development Technical Specialist! With extensive experience as a technical trainer and online learning developer, Luigi brings a dynamic mix of innovation and expertise. He'll be driving several key initiatives, including the development of podcasts, enhancing our team's website, and serving as our go-to tech guru. Luigi's return marks an exciting step forward in elevating our technical capabilities and expanding the reach of our e-learning initiatives.

Inclusive Leadership for Women

Inclusive Leadership for Women, an in-depth, in-person leadership development program designed to support and empower women leaders within the Cumming School of Medicine (CSM), is open to all CSM faculty members (clinical or academic appointments) and MaPS staff with defined leadership roles.
