With a diverse background in education, psychology, health research, and coaching, Anna brings extensive real-world experience and a unique blend of knowledge and expertise to her coordination of faculty development programming. She has over a decade of experience with the university, where she has enhanced work environments and implemented strategies that support long-term goals.

Dr. Vince Grant, Director, Coaching and Mentorship

Vince’s career has been shaped by exceptional coaches and mentors, and he is passionate about fostering curiosity, discovery, feedback, growth, connection, and collaboration. He is dedicated to creating a program that equips faculty with invaluable interpersonal skills, igniting the development of future coaching and mentorship opportunities across the Cumming School of Medicine.

Dr. Jessalyn Holodinsky, Director, AI & Data Education and Ethics

Jessalyn is an advocate for using data and technology to make change in the healthcare system and profoundly believes that Data Saves Lives. An educator at heart, Jessalyn prides herself in making AI, statistics, and data both accessible and fun (yes, it is possible!) and has a goal of increasing data and AI literacy across students and faculty alike across CSM.

Dr. Jacqueline Hui, Director, Teacher Development

Jacqueline has worked in rural and remote areas as well as in urban settings. Though her many educational leadership roles, she realized that great feedback starts with a great teacher. As a leader in faculty development, she is excited to create a local and sustainable community of practice for teachers and to promote more inclusivity and equity in health professions education.

Kenna believes in relational learning and anti-oppressive teaching practices, along with managing the OFD staff and leading the Health Professions Education Leadership stream of the Precision Health graduate program, Kenna develops and collaborates on faculty development curriculum and programming.

Danielle is committed to supporting faculty members in their professional growth. With expertise in program coordination, event planning, and strategic communication, she plays a key role in developing and promoting initiatives that enhance faculty success. Danielle manages outreach efforts, creates engaging promotional materials, and ensures seamless program execution.

Kiara is an award-winning sexual violence educator who bridges research, frontline collaboration, and interactive engagement to reimagine sexual violence education—fostering action and hope, while always maintaining space for light and laughter.

Luigi Riscaldino, Educational Technology and Media Specialist

Luigi has extensive experience as a technical trainer, online learning developer, and as a voice-over actor who supports OFD’s initiatives through media production (including web design and podcasting), the use of educational technology for digital learning, and with a wide variety of (unexpected) technical skills from decades of experience at the university.

Dr. Amonpreet (Preet) Sandhu, Director, Career Development and Sustainability

Since completing her master’s degree in medical education, Preet has been involved in several roles at the UME, PGME and Department leadership levels. Her scholarly interests include the clinical teaching unit learning environment, precision coaching in CBME and career transitions. Preet's directorship will be broad in scope and anchored in both the student and faculty experience.
