What is custom support?

The kinds of issues you can seek custom support for include (but are not limited to):

  • Workshops specific to your team's needs
  • Facilitation of focused group conversations
  • Guided consensus-based decision making processes
  • Curriculum mapping and redesign

  • Coaching and mentorship support
  • Career planning
  • Promotion package assistance

Requirements:

To access custom support, you must have an appointment with the University of Calgary (clinical/adjunct/adjunct research or GFT), be part of AHS or belong to a community-based health or service organization. We can consider other requests on a case-by-case basis.

How it works:

  1. You fill out a request using the form below.
  2. OFD confirms receipt of your request within one business day.
  3. OFD reviews your request and identifies the best person to connect with you. (In the event the needs you describe are outside the expertise of OFD, we will connect you with the right person outside our unit.)
  4. OFD will reach out to book an appointment to discuss next steps.
