Message of Support to Transgender and Gender-Diverse Communities
February 26, 2024
Dear learners, faculty and staff:
Leadership of the Precision Equity and Social Justice Office (PESJO) wishes to affirm our portfolio’s support of transgender, nonbinary, gender-diverse and allied communities and individuals on our campus.
Learners and educators can be assured that our curricula will continue to be current and evidence-based with an emphasis on addressing health inequities. We are committed to creating an environment where all people are included, valued and feel a strong sense of belonging. We unequivocally support everyone’s right to belong and flourish as their authentic selves.
We value and support all members of our campus community. Following this message is a list of supportive resources.
Thank you,
Dr. Pamela Chu
