Research and teaching
Research Activities
(1) big data analysis for interpreting data, generating, prioritizing and testing new hypotheses;
(2) developing novel algorithms for modeling of molecular networks and diseases for precision medicine applications;
(3) conducting systems biology research by applying both computational and experimental approaches;
(4) method development in statistical modeling, machine learning and deep learning.
