Prediabetes - Reducing your risk for diabetes
Prediabetes refers to blood sugar levels that are higher than normal, but not yet high enough to be diagnosed as type 2 diabetes. If you have prediabetes, there are lifestyle factors that can help to minimize your chances of having type 2 diabetes later.

- Register for the comprehensive online Canadian Diabetes Prevention Program by Diabetes Canada, LMC and others. It is online. There is no cost.
