Consent to be Contacted
Patients can indicate consent to be contacted by researchers and asked about whether or not they are interested in a specific research study. This can be done using the web version of the MyAHS Connect portal (the smartphone app does not have this feature).

Patients enrolled in a Specific Research Study
New patients enrolled in a research study must have a research consent form scanned or uploaded into their Connect Care chart via Media Manager. Full instructions, including Document scan type and naming conventions are available here.
