About Us

Welcome to the Better Mobility Lab, run by Dr. Ranita Manocha. We are interested in improving the quality of life for people living with different movement patterns. We are an interdisciplinary group, spanning medicine, engineering, physical therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, and sociology. Our lab started in April 2019. We believe that together, we can create a world with #BetterMobility for all.

Bienvenue au << Better Mobility Lab >>! Notre laboratoire est dirigé par Dre Ranita Manocha. Nous sommes intéressés dans l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des personnes qui sont déambulent avec les différences. Notre travail est interdisciplinaire. Il implique la médecine, l'ingénierie, la physiothérapie, l'ergothérapie, la kinésiologie et la sociologie. Notre laboratoire a démarré en avril 2019. Research Trainees

Dr. Manocha is able to co-supervise graduate students within Biomedical Engineering, Community Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Medical Science, and Neuroscience. She has also supervised undergraduate and professional students in Biomedical Engineering (U of C), Community Disability and Rehabilitation Studies (U of C), Health Sciences (U of C), Kinesiology (U of C), Medicine (U of C), Physical Therapy (U of A), and Occupational Therapy (U of A).
