PGME Acuity Insights (One45) Permission Request

A. Viewing Admin Permissions: Noted as “Basic” on attached. These individuals are only given viewing permissions of that particular group and are unable to view evaluation results.

B. Program Admin Permissions – Typically the main Program Admin, for that particular group. - Permissions, in addition to “Basic”: #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 22, 23, 24, 26, 28

C. Program Director Permissions – This is generally the PD and high level leadership from that program. - Permissions, in addition to “Basic”: #1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 24

D. Assistant Program Director Permissions – This is generally used for APDs and high level leadership from that program. - Permissions, in addition to “Basic”: #4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 14

E. CBD Lead – These permissions are not typically given to the CBD committee. Often varies by group. - Permissions, in addition to “Basic”: #1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 23, 24, 27, 28

F. Scheduler – Varies by group. - Permissions, in addition to “Basic”: #1, 3
