Physicians’ Feelings and Stories of Gratitude Survey

Well Doc Alberta is undertaking an Invite to Input, with the aim of providing an opportunity for physicians to share their feelings and stories of gratitude.

This short, 5-min, anonymous survey is open and available to physicians at all career stages across the province. It will remain open for the next several months, as long as there is interest, so we invite you to share as many times as you wish. Thank you in advance for sharing your feelings and stories of gratitude.
