Accreditation

Email and fax submissions are no longer accepted for new applications as of Wednesday, August 5, 2026. 

• All new applications must be submitted through the online application system available here.
• Applicants are required to create an account to access, complete, and submit their accreditation application.  
• The system allows applicants to save their work and return to their application at any time before submission.  
• Feedback and revision requests will be provided within the system, and applicants may log in to update and resubmit as required.  
• Applicants will be able to view comments and requested revisions in the online application system.

This change applies only to new applications.  

Applications that have already been submitted through previous methods (e.g., email or fax) will continue to be processed under the existing process. No action is required for those applications, and they will not be affected by this transition.  

Applicants who have started but not yet submitted an application using previous methods are encouraged to transition to the new online system.
