The Peak Medical Osteoporosis Clinic specializes in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. The clinic uses a comprehensive approach, including optimization of nutrition, exercise and medical intervention. Appointments are available by referral only.
Preparing for your visit
Use the following resources to plan and prepare for your clinic visit.
When visiting our clinic for your appointment, please ensure to bring valid government issued identification and your Alberta Health Care card. Also bring a list of the medications you are currently taking (including any vitamins or supplements).
The doctor you see may be accompanied by medical students or other trainees. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let us know before your visit.
This clinic is practicing all COVID-19 public health guidelines set forth by Alberta Health Services (AHS). This includes in-clinic social distancing and limiting the number of designated family/support persons who can accompany you. We also require you to wear a face mask/covering when entering our clinic. If you have any questions, please contact our clinic, or visit the AHS website to learn more about COVID-19 guidelines.
