Southern Alberta Preceptor Summit

The southern Alberta preceptor summit (SAPS) is a faculty development conference hosted by DLRI. It brings together preceptors from across Southern Alberta. Through workshops, presentations, and discussions, participants network with peers while exploring new ideas and strategies to strengthen rural medical education and practice.

SAPS is a space for collaboration and growth, supporting those who shape the next generation of physicians.

The Library Of Life (TLOL)

The Library of Life event is an interactive storytelling experience that connects participants with living “Books,” those with diverse lived experiences and a story to share.

Inspired by the concept of a "human library," this event allows attendees to engage in small-group conversations with individuals who share their personal and professional journeys. This is an engaging and inspiring evening for the next generation of medical learners.
