DLRI Family Medicine Preceptor Availability Form

Class of 2023, Family Medicine Core Clerkship

The DLRI office gathers preceptor availability for all UCalgary Family Medicine clerkship rotations, and we are currently recruiting for the 2022-23 academic year.

For the Class of 2023, incoming clerks will be resuming the 4+4 Family Medicine Clerkship Block rotation starting in February (4 weeks Rural + 4 weeks Urban). We understand that it may be difficult to plan your availability to precept during certain periods this far in advance, however, it is important for us to gather availability in order to plan the schedules for next year.

To advise us of your availability, simply fill out the form below with the number of clerks you feel you can take per block. Please note that clerks will attend a site for 4 consecutive week rotations.

Learners will be off for Summer Break between Jul 4 - 10, 2022
Learners will be off for Winter Break between Dec 19, 2022 - Jan 1, 2023
