UCLIC Orientation - Class of 2024
Dates: May 4-5, 2023
Location: Ramada by Wyndham, Stettler, Alberta
Orientation this year is being hosted by Dr. Pieter Bouwer in the town of Stettler! Please fill out the form below to RSVP, indicate if you are bringing a partner/spouse/children, and let us know of any allergies or dietary concerns. Your guests are welcome to attend the Thursday afternoon activities and the dinner. Most of the agenda occurs at the Recreation Centre and not the hotel so your guests will be on their own for breakfast and lunch.
A block of hotel rooms has been secured and once the full guest list is known, room at the Ramada will be assigned. The rooms are booked and paid for by the UCLIC Program, along with any activities and meals indicated on the agenda. You will need to travel to Stettler on your own (or you can arrange to carpool), please remember to claim your mileage after by emailing uclic4me@ucalgary.ca directly to submit to finance for reimbursement.
Once the team building activity is confirmed for Thursday afternoon an updated agenda will be shared through email.
