Clinical and Medical Education Observerships

Through donations from faculty members at the University of Calgary, we have been able to sponsor numerous observerships to Calgary for faculty and residents from ADZU:SOM. Observerships have been done in subspecialty areas in pediatrics or internal medicine by PGME residents from ADZU:SOM. Faculty members have also come to observe specific areas in medical education or programmatic structures within clinical medicine. Observerships have also been financially supported more locally (i.e. ultrasound technician training in Manila), and supported based upon direct requests from ADZU:SOM in areas where they have identified training needs.
