Next-Gen Sequencing

We use the latest technology from Illumina for sequencing, and store your data on our secure private servers. You can choose to have us prepare your libraries, or prepare them yourself for sequencing on our instruments.

Illumina offers a wide range of kits with varying data output and read length to match your sequencing needs. To get an idea of what instruments we offer and what sequencing parameters are available, see the tables below, and then book a consultation to discuss your project with us to determine which sequencing kit is best suited for your project goals.

Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Illumina's latest high-throughput sequencer, the NovaSeq 6000, can generate up to 3000 gigabases of sequence from 10 billion reads per flow cell, and is capable of running two flow cells simultaneously. Paired-end sequencing is available up to 2 x 250 bp read lengths.

See the table below for the sequencing kits available from Illumina and their common applications.
