Covaris
The Covaris S2 ultrasonicator with SonoLab Software is available to customers to use for nucleic acid shearing. Please contact us to have one our our technicians perform shearing for you.

New! Agilent 4200 TapeStation
Capable of running up to 96 samples in less than 90 minutes, the CHGI operates the Agilent 4200 TapeStation for electrophoretic analysis of DNA, RNA, and NGS libraries. We offer six assays which vary by sample type and concentration:
D1000 for DNA, sized 35 - 1000 bp within a concentration of 0.1 - 50 ng/μL
High Sensitivity D1000 for DNA sized 35 - 1000 bp within a concentration of 0.01 - 1 ng/μL
D5000 for DNA sized 100 - 5000 bp within a concentration of 0.1 - 50 ng/μL
Genomic DNA for DNA sized 200 - 60,000 bp within a concentration of 10 - 100 ng/μL
RNA for RNA sized 100 - 6000 nt within a concentration of 25 - 500 ng/μL
High Sensitivity RNA for RNA sized 100 - 6000 nt within a concentration of 0.5 - 10 ng/μL

To view your results, install Agilent's 4200 TapeStation Analysis Software. Please note that data files generated by the 4200 cannot be opened by the legacy 2200 TapeStation Software.
