Our online DNA Laboratory Information Management System (dnaLIMS) is available for order placement and data retrieval.
Order placement and results for both Sanger DNA sequencing and genetic fragment analysis are hosted on our secure dnaLIMS.
A user account must be created prior to order submission and to retrieve analysis data. For internal users, please ensure your billing information is up to date. A current Annual Authorization Form and user approval is required to process orders.

Sequence Scanner for Sanger DNA Sequencing
Sequence Scanner is a comprehensive software designed to display, edit, trim, print, generate, and export reports for sequencing sample files generated from Applied Biosystems Genetic Analyser instruments.
It is available for free download via Thermo Fisher.
Peak Scanner for Genetic Fragment Analysis
Peak Scanner Software is nucleic-acid sizing software that identifies peaks and fragment sizes for application-specific capillary electrophoresis assays. This software allows you to annotate data with functions such as labelling, merging, and splitting peaks. The software stores all editing and analysis data in the original .fsa files generated on the Applied Biosystems 3730xl Genetic Analyser instrument.
