Diabetes Educators Calgary Charting Guidelines
Where to Chart
Where to Chart
Charting guidelines are intended for use by Diabetes Centre Calgary clinicians. This page is in development - ongoing updates are being made.
Charting data in a consistent place will help to
- avoid duplicate data entry
- enable Smart Phrases to populate the correct information
- minimize the risk that important information is missed in subsequent encounters
Use the Search box to filter the table for the specific data element you're looking for.
