Preceptor Availability Form Clerkship

DLRI is actively recruiting preceptors for Family Medicine Core Clerkship Rotations for the 2027-28 Academic Year. As part of the UME curriculum, all medical students must complete a 4-week rural and 4-week urban family medicine rotation. The goal of these experiences is to both spark interest in generalism and solidify a career choice in family medicine, particularly in rural and regional areas.
