Biography

Dr. Sameer Chhibber is a clinical associate professor at the University of Calgary.  He is a neurologist with a clinical focus in neuromuscular medicine, EMG, headache medicine and outreach neurology to under-serviced populations. 

His academic focus is in medical education and he is the current neuromuscular educational and fellowship director.  He has won a number of awards for teaching and mentorship - including departmental teacher of the year awards from Neurology and Physiatry as well as teacher of the year award from the College of the Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.

Dr. Chhibber received his undergraduate degree in Neurosciences at the University of Alberta followed by medical education and neurology residency at the University of Calgary.  He completed his fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine at Harvard University.
