Biography

Dr. Chris White is a Clinical Associate Professor for the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary. He is also the lead of the Neuromuscular Program and EMG.

Dr. White obtained his BSc (Honours) in Biology and Psychology, as well as his MD at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He then received his FRCPC designation in neurology after doing his residency at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, followed by a fellowship in neuromuscular disease and EMG in London Ontario. 

Dr. White has been in Calgary since 1997, and specializes in electromyography and neuromuscular disease.  He has been the recipient of a number of awards over the years, including the ARP Merit Award and a Performance Recognition Award for his outstanding work on the development of the new neurology services at the RGH and South Health Campus sites.
