Thank you for agreeing to present at the Department of Clinical Neurosciences' Grand Rounds!
Our rounds are held on Friday mornings and bring together members from our four sections: Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Translational Neuroscience. We also have numerous attendees from other departments, nursing and Allied Health.
We meet in the Coombs Lecture Theatre (Ground Floor, Foothills Medical Centre), but we also have many participants joining via Zoom.
Our schedule is as follows:
- 8:00-9:00 am Case Presentations (which you are welcome to attend)
- 9:00-9:15 am Coffee break
- 9:15-10:15 am Your presentation
We would encourage you to aim for a 50-minute presentation to allow 10 minutes for Q&A.
At your earliest convenience, could you please supply the information below so we can promote your talk to our members in advance?
All presentations given to or by members of our department are required to include a Diversity, Inclusion and Conflict disclosure slide to emphasize commitment to these principles. (Our policy can be found here). We kindly ask that you include this slide near the beginning of your presentation. A PPT template has been attached below for your reference, which also includes a conflicts/disclosure area.
Thank you, again, for presenting to our department.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our Communications Consultant, Quentin Collier. (quentin.collier@ahs.ca)
