Industry Liaison Services

A large proportion of the clinical trials we support at the CCCR are industry-sponsored. We recognize some of the unique complexities this presents for researchers who may not have worked with industry partners before—and even for those who have.  

By leveraging our industry partnerships and expertise, we offer liaison services that help simplify this process for our researchers. Whether you’ve already been approached by a potential industry sponsor or are looking for clinical trial opportunities or sponsorships, we can help.  

Services include:  

• Acting as the first line of contact for industry sponsors wishing to connect with UCalgary researchers.
• Promoting the University as a leading research centre for industry partners to sponsor clinical research. 
• Actively seeking out potential clinical trial sponsorship partnerships and opportunities for our researchers.
• Providing UOC ‘s research teams organization level support to register and utilize shared investigator platform for clinical trial conduct
