Clinical trial: effectiveness of internet delivered ERP

This clinical trial, published on September 1, 2021 (link to abstract below), evaluates the effectiveness of internet-delivered, therapist-supported, and parent-assisted Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treatment of tics in children and young people with Tourette syndrome or chronic tic disorder.

The authors conclude that remote, online delivery of ERP is an efficient way of improving access to behavioural therapy for tics in children and adolescents.
