These microscopes are designed for imaging fluorescent samples with high resolution, high contrast, high sensitivity, 3D optical/Z-sectioning.

Additionally, they also feature fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) capabilities, an imaging technique based on differences in exponential decay rates of fluorescent probes from a sample featuring video-rate speeds with pixel-by-pixel quantification.
