Personal Information Updates
Access information on how to update your legal and preferred names, address, citizenship and emergency contact details with the University of Calgary.
Annual Registration
Returning residents are required to register annually via the My UCalgary portal in May each year. Residents who have not completed their registration will be placed on an unpaid leave until registration has been completed.
Transfers
Review timelines and established guidelines for resident transfers. All transfers are subject to capacity, funding, and provincial regulatory requirements.
Leaves
Timely notifications regarding absences, resumption and accommodations are critical, as absences may impact training timelines and benefits. Review established policies and leave submission form to facilitate training transitions.
Credits and Waivers
Review the Assessment and Promotion policy regarding credits and waivers of training. Approval remains pending until the Associate Dean provides official sign-off and notification through the PGME office.
Expense Reimbursement
Access the latest guidelines, forms and eligibility requirements for travel, meals, and educational event expenses incurred during training.
Certification Exams
