  • Physician Practice Improvement Program (PIPP) - Personal Development Project category https://cpsa.ca/physicians-competence/ppip/personal-development/. A mentor is someone who can help you facilitate your interpretation of data as part of a PPIP activity.
  • RCPSC Maintenance of Certification Program  https://www.royalcollege.ca/en/cpd/moc-framework.html#section3 Section 3 credits: Feedback and Improvement includes receiving coaching or mentoring, 3 credits per hour, and delivering coaching  or mentoring to someone else, 3 credits per hour up to 15 per year. 
  • If you are an AMHSP physician, track your mentoring for your AMHSP Individual Report (AIR) each year.
  • For GFT members, you can also include this in your biennial Academic Performance Report (APR).
