- To raise EDI literacy amongst physicians and physician leaders
- Five-minute presentation with follow-up discussion/resources
- Brief recurring educational intervention
- Positive results, now expanding across the CSM
Why are EDI Moments important?
- Aligns with Cumming School of Medicine 2023 Strategic Priorities
- Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging respectful of differences and life experiences
- Improve health outcomes through best patient care
- Empower everyone to reach their best potential
