Every Thursday afternoon, the Department of Pediatrics' Communications Team ensures that members of the department are kept in the loop with their weekly email bulletin. These newsletters are important for updating the department and also for communication about the departmental job openings, ongoing activities, and careers and the most recent and upcoming events.

The Department of Pediatric Bulletin has weekly themes each with their own features:

  • 1st Thursday of the month – Research + QI (Quality Improvement)
    • Featured Publications
    • Research grants, funding, scholarships etc.
  • 2nd Thursday of the month – Education 
    • Educator of the Month
    • Education & training resources 
  • 3rd Thursday of the month – Professional Development  
    • Professionals Engaging with Purpose Program (PEPP)
    • Professional development resources, events, etc.
  • 4th Thursday of the month – Wellness, Culture and Community 
    • Days of Significance
    • EDI Moments

Please note that all research publications are only shared in the Research Feature of the Weekly Bulletins which are on every 1st Thursday of the month (unless you receive an email stating otherwise).
