The Department of Surgery Peer Support Team (PST) has been formally trained to support department members through difficult times.
PST team members aim to be supportive listeners, offer guidance, act as a liaison for outside resources (i.e., professional services), and ensure safety. Conversations with the PST members are held in strict confidence, only limited if there is a perceived immediate safety concern for you and/or others.
To learn more, review the Peer Support Team Poster.
To access the list of Peers Support Team members and their contact information, please visit the DoS SharePoint site and navigate to the Peer Support folder.
