The Foothills Medical Centre (FMC) is a level one trauma centre. The rotations based out of FMC are trauma, spine, orthopaedic oncology, and arthroplasty.

Peter Lougheed Centre

The Peter Lougheed Centre is an academic community hospital. Orthopaedic Surgery rotations include arthroplasty, upper extremity, sport medicine/arthroscopy, and foot and ankle.

Rockyview General Hospital

The Rockyview Hospital is an academic community hospital, but not a trauma centre. It does see a large volume of single limb/isolated orthopaedic trauma. Orthopaedic rotations include the first year core orthopaedic rotations as well as arthroplasty.
