Check with your local pharmacy on how to dispose of unwanted/expired medication, including asthma devices.
Ellipta
- The window on the device has numbers that count down the dose – “0” means it is empty
- Check the expiry date on the back of the device
- Keep the device dry
- Do not breathe into the device
- Take once daily – same time every day
- Do not block air vents with your fingers
- To clean, wipe mouthpiece with a dry tissue or cloth
